Inside the Conscious Action Learning Lab

A Six-Week Journey of Conscious Leadership

Each cohort follows a consistent six-week arc of awareness, reflection, and strategic integration, culminating in a 3-day in-person retreat for restoration and alignment.

Weeks 1–2: Understanding Self & System — Exploring your leadership patterns, values, and the realities shaping your organization.

Weeks 3–4: Adapting & Acting — Strengthening your ability to lead through uncertainty and map meaningful change.

Weeks 5–6: Integration & Impact — Applying your learning to a real-world challenge, refining your Equity Blueprint®, and closing with a restorative retreat experience.

The Retreat

The Lab culminates in a restorative, in-person retreat designed for alignment, reflection, and renewal.
During this 3-day experience, participants deepen their learning, connect with peers, and develop their personalized Equity Blueprint®.

A blended learning experience that includes:

  • Weekly 90-minute virtual sessions

Commitment

To honor the community and your own growth, participants commit to:

  • Attending all weekly sessions

  • Participating in the retreat

  • Engage in reflection and application between sessions

  • Lead with curiosity, care, and commitment

The Conscious Action Learning Lab opens its first cohort in Summer 2026, beginning with a 6-week learning experience for 20–30 mission-aligned leaders.

When will I be notified if I’m selected?

Waitlisted leaders receive first notification when enrollment opens in April 2026.

Is there a cap on how many leaders can join?

Yes — each cohort is intentionally limited to 20–30 participants for an intimate, high-impact experience.
